In Our Community

If you’re looking to help someone in the Kansas City area, SouthWoods can help you find a place to use your God-given talents. Serving meals at a homeless center, working at our own Food Pantry, helping urban children and their families, or donating much needed items to the less fortunate are all ways God can use you to touch someone’s life in a positive way.

We usually finish up between 3-4pm. Donations of snacks, donuts, orange juice and soda  are always needed.
