Volunteer at Special Events for Middle and High School Students
Middle and high school students are at a critical stage in their lives - developing their characters and shaping their beliefs and values. We are always looking for individuals who want to be a part of shaping a young person's future.
Be a part of the leadership of a Life Group, Women's groups or the Men's groups. Volunteer to host a Life Group in your home or a special event for the Women's groups or the Men's groups.
Connect Teams (Greet and welcome attenders at the door, receive the offering, and serve communion)
Coffee Team (Prepare coffee, set up the coffee bar and clean up following the service)
Commuion Preparation Team (prepares communion and clean up trays following the service)
Be a part of making Sunday mornings an opportunity to join in worship and fellowship. These teams assist in ensuring a comfortable, safe and distraction-free environment. Each team serves one Sunday per month.
Cleaning Crews (serve one Saturday a month)
Mowing and/or Snow Removal teams.
Sunday Morning (Security, lockup following the service, setup or tear down for events or baptisms as needed)
These teams clean the facility, mow the properties, take care of snow removal and provide support on Sunday mornings.
Volunteer in the food pantry. Help with providing meals to SouthWoods families following surgery, welcoming a new baby or facing other life issues.
Assist with funerals or weddings.
Be a part of the prayer team or serve on the healh ministries team.
Serve with SouthWoods outreach ministries including the Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry, meal ministry and assist with funerals or weddings. Be a part of the prayer team or serve on the health ministry team.
