Join Sarah Gray and the women of SouthWoods for a couple of hours and you’ll go home with SIX delicious meals for your freezer!

• When you sign-up you’ll receive an email with the recipes & the ingredient list of items to bring.
• All kitchen tools, seasonings, freezer bags, and recipes will be supplied.
• Bring a cooler with your ingredients to the church.

We’ll enjoy a fun evening preparing our delicious meals! 
Take them home, transfer them right into your freezer and enjoy!
