A common phrase from the Bible is, “The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.” What appears to be a short genealogy of one family is actually a profound promise of God to all of us about His intended scope of influence for our lives. This is more just a sermon for Fathers on Father’s Day. It’s a vital message for every devoted follower of Jesus.
